Who we are

What we collect and why

• Phone number, name — to create your account and send order updates (WhatsApp/SMS).
• Society, tower, flat, delivery address — to verify residency and fulfil orders.
• Orders, payments status — to process purchases. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay) and never stored by us.
• Photos and ID documents (sellers) — to verify seller identity. Aadhaar images are not retained.
• Device and usage data — to keep the service secure and fix problems.

Sharing

With the seller or buyer of your order (name, pickup/delivery details), our payment partner, messaging providers (Meta WhatsApp Business, SendGrid) and our cloud host (DigitalOcean, Bangalore). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can view and correct your profile in the app, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and delete your account from Profile → Delete account or via this page. Tax and order records are retained as required by law.

Security and breaches

Data is encrypted in transit; access is logged. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
